Dover Police Log — July 21 - July 31

DOVER — Police reported making the following arrests between July 21 and July 31.

Brian M. Mendum, 34, of 69 French Road, in Epping, was arrested on July 21 and charged with criminal trespass, a Class A misdemeanor. He was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and will be in court Aug. 18.

Adam J. Dionne, 24, of 130 Franklin St., in Rochester, was arrested on July 22 and charged with violation of a protective order.

Jamal D. Hemingway, 21, of 19 Belknap St., in Dover, was arrested on July 22 and charged with simple assault, domestic violence related. He was held on $1,500 cash and arraigned July 24. He was also charged with two counts of simple assault, not domestic related, from an incident on June 13.

David T. Kabat, 52, of 123 Durham Road, in Dover, was arrested on July 22 and charged with one count of criminal threatening, domestic violence related. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and arraigned on July 24.

A 15-year-old male juvenile from Dover was arrested on July 23 and charged with criminal mischief, domestic violence related, alleging he damaged a ceramic bowl, chandelier, and wind chimes belonging to his grandfather.

Michael Linkenviz, 27, of 118 Ledgewood Drive, Apartment 12, of Portsmouth, was arrested on July 23 and charged with possession of a controlled drug and possession of drug paraphernalia, a violation.

Patrick J. Cammett, 37, of 299 Knox Marsh Road, in Madbury, was arrested on July 25 and charged with driving after revocation. He will be in court Aug. 18.

Richard R. Ainsworth, 51, of 23 New York St., in Dover, was arrested on July 26 on an outstanding warrant charging him with criminal threatening, a Class A misdemeanor. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and will be in court Aug. 18.

Ryan J. Clacherty, 17, of 18 Case Road, in Nottingham, was arrested July 27 on a warrant charging him with two counts of prowling, a violation, and three counts of theft from a motor vehicle. Clacherty was allegedly rummaging through cars at the Royal Oaks and Winchester Arms apartment buildings. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.

Steven T. Martinson, 39, of 379 Portland St., Apartment C, in Rochester, was arrested on July 27 and charged with driving after revocation, a violation, and driving with a suspended registration, a Class B misdemeanor. He was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and will be in court Aug. 18.

Two women were arrested after allegedly walking on the railroad tracks and refusing to leave when told to do so by police. Corinne L. Conrad, 23, of 23 Pierce St., Apartment B, in Dover, and Jennifer L. Elliott, 24, of 301 Westfield Drive, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, were both arrested on July 28 and charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest. They were released on $750 personal recognizance bail and will be in court Aug. 18.

John T. O'Brien, 54, of 137 Lexington Drive, in East Wakefield, was arrested on July 28 and charged with driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor. He was released on $750 personal recognizance bail and will be in court Aug. 18.

Michael P. Vachon, 37, of 5 Union St., Apartment 1, in Dover, was arrested on July 29 and charged with driving as a habitual offender, a Class B felony. He was released on $5,000 cash bail and arraigned July 31.

John P. Rosegay Jr., 28, of 65 Henry Law Ave., in Dover, was arrested on July 29 and charged with disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, both violations. He was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and will be in court Aug. 18.

Robert W. Fisher, 22, of 60 Hill St., in Dover, was arrested on July 31 and charged with criminal threatening, a Class B felony. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and will be in court Aug. 18.
